There are no health risks associated with bestsmile Aligner braces, bestsmile Veneers or the bestsmile Night Guard.
At the beginning of your Aligner treatment or directly after your Veneer treatment, you may have a slight lisp. Your tongue needs time to adapt to the Aligners or the new shape of the teeth. But that goes away fairly quickly.
Additionally, you should take out your Aligners when playing contact sports like boxing, ice hockey, etc. in order to prevent injuries or damage to the Aligners. However, you may wear your bestsmile Aligner braces for most sports activities without any restrictions.
Veneers should be treated like your natural teeth. They are not indestructible. They can chip or break in case of accidents or if you bite strongly into hard food. If something goes wrong with your Veneers, get in touch with your bestsmile practice so that we can replace any damaged Veneers and find a solution together.
