If you feel ill before your appointment or if you have had contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
Please call your bestsmile practice – we will be happy to reschedule your appointment after you have consulted a doctor and/or taken a COVID test.
What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?
If the delay cannot be avoided, please inform us as soon as possible – we will be happy to arrange a new appointment with you.
Please note that in the case of unexcused no-shows or cancellations at short notice (less than 24 hours before your appointment), out of consideration for other clients, we reserve the right to charge you a no-show administration fee of CHF 100.
It’s best to plan enough time to get to your appointment on time. This is to ensure that we can properly disinfect and ventilate the rooms beforehand.
Furthermore, we can ensure that there are never too many customers in the waiting area.
